As our products are specially made to order and personalized for the recipient, shipping times and costs will vary, dependent on the product selected.

Please Note:

• 1 Day = 1 business day.
• A full day counts on orders received before 12 noon EST
• Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of order being placed
• Sales tax is calculated and applied to orders based on the shipping address.

Return Policy

Money Back Guarantee

Our money back guarantee means that if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is defective, or you have simply changed your mind then, provided that it is in its original condition and unpersonalized, you can return it to us for prompt replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. Unless there has been a error on our part, or the item you purchased is defective, we cannot accept Returns on 'Personalized' items, whether by name or date, as these cannot be sold to anyone else. Our website is designed to give customers every opportunity to check all input/personalization and dates. Please make sure to confirm the correct spelling and personalized information while placing your order.

Defective Items

If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 30 days of delivery.

Change of Mind

Products returned to us because you have changed your mind must be in perfect re-saleable condition, and must be returned within 30 days of delivery. We cannot refund an order if the item has been personalized and the order has been fulfilled correctly. Please make sure to check the spelling and personalized information while placing your order.
